Mango shaved ice explosion
One of the best desserts I have ever had. Jordan read about it and we spent a good part of the weekend hunting it down in Taiwan. Worth it.
Shaved ice, mango syrup, mango, and mango ice cream.
Yes, that is a mango on a stick on top.
