Quick early morning thoughts

So,I've been meaning to post for sometime now (it's Jordan) but have failed miserably at doing so. I suppose, at some point, I'll have to make some retroactive posts. Perhaps a full food recap is in store?

It's currently almost 5:30 AM on our last day in Hong Kong before we head out for our South East Asia travel extravaganza. I've been up for a few hours at this point out of pure excitement. I'm so glad to have this trip to look forward to as I am quite sad that our time in HK is concluding. Nevertheless, it has been a great time and amazing experience. 

I checked FlightAware and Jody already landed (about 1 hour early). Soon we'll head out to meet him and then begin our whirlwind tour of HK for a few hours before heading back to the airport. Then it's off to Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos and Thailand. (Note: if the Internet is reliable there should be new varieties of food postings coming soon). 

The sun is finally starting to show through the clouds and darkness so I think I can get this day started at last!
